Managing Partner

Christina Nguyen (Tina) is the managing partner at Restoration Law, where she focuses her practice on designing customized estate plans for individuals and families, including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related planning documents.

Prior to focusing on estate planning, Tina was a defense attorney where she represented clients through all phases of high-stakes litigation. Her clientele included corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and individuals. She has extensive experience counseling clients during difficult and stressful times and prioritizes giving her clients the attention they deserve. Many law firms operate on high volume models that can make attorneys less accessible to their clients. Restoration Law was formed with a commitment to meticulously addressing clients’ concerns and needs as they arise.

In addition to her litigation experience, Tina also practiced corporate law. Her work included advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, drafting transactional documents, and conducting in-house due diligence investigations. Her most recent in-house role involved collaborating with software engineers and corporate counsel to create an artificial intelligence program designed to interpret, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. Tina’s corporate law background enables her to develop estate plans that thoughtfully protect and preserve clients’ assets for generations to come.
